Refund policy

Online purchases may be returned for store credit only within 10 days of purchase.
All items marked with sale prices are FINAL SALE.

Please email online@eyestudio.ca to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Any product sent back to us without an RA will not be accepted.
Returned product must be received in original packaging, unused, free from scratches, dings, or damage, and must include the case and cleaning cloth in order to receive full store credit. A copy of your invoice must be included with your return and the RA number must be written clearly on the outside of the package.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cost of shipping on returns is the responsibility of the customer. Products purchased online can also be returned in person at one of our locations

Please notify us immediately upon receipt if your shipment was delivered in damaged condition, or if you were sent the wrong product. Claims made more than 7 days after the delivery date of the order will not be accepted.
